How about you knock off the attitude and try to make some sense.

Or I'll make you start another thread when I lock this one?

    Cool?

i don't understand why you say this... is this just your personal aesthetic preference? Or are you stateing that there is evidence that a GTP coupe is physically better than the GTP sedan?

    Any reason specifically '03's?

The 97-03 sedan looks exactly the same every year minus wheels....sooo...your point is moot guy.

well theres no evidence for asthetic preference. im just not in the market for an 03 since theyre all sedans. plus i have no need for back seats, let alone a 4 door.

So take them out...all the cars look the same.

I don't see the problem and why this thread is still going...

03 is sedan only. which is why i dont want one. and i dont see any reason either since it doesnt have anything to do with opinions of best gen6, just questions as to the reasoning behind my own opinions.

There is nothing you need to really know other than the '97 SE/GT has a junk transmission, the '97-'02 GT/GTP's all had good transmissions and had the coupe options. '97-'98's were funky...and everything '99-'02 is totally interchangeable

    Anything else?

Any reason why you are looking in to getting a GP when you don't need the back seat?

It clearly says 97-98 are funky...because there are different brackets, alternators, air boxs, coolant bottle locations, interiors are a tad different, and PCM's are different.

i think the layout of the 98-99 is the best. the serpentine belt is easily accesible, as is the tensioner. the coolant bottle is hidden away nice and tidy. the engine cover is better quality. the injector retainer clips are easier to remove. and you dont need spacers for aftermarket injectors

    THIS MAKES NO SENSE.

The 98 and 99 have a different engine bay.

All of the accessories are reached just as easy on every model 97-03.

Coolant bottle isn't hidden on any model...it's right in your face just on different sides of the engine bay.

The engine covers are all the same.

The injector clips are all the same.

You only need "injector spacers" if your intercooling.

I think you need the reading mod kid.
