Hi, am having trouble finding where the vaccuum line enters the pass compartment , and the supercharger seems to have a little play in the pulley when removed the belt, it is not up and down play , but similar to the play in a rear end yoke , is this a problem? the oil looks o.k. in the supercharger.

the Hvac line runs in to the passenger compartment in the passenger floor board.

Sounds like you need a new coupler in the supercharger.

It was quiet when running, will it break? or is it a must to replace coupler?

there should be no play in sc pulley shaft, snap it back and fourth and you will feel it click when you stop turning it, if its bad. when they are worn out at idle it will sound like rocks in your engine.

i dont think it can break off, but for a 40 dollar fix why let it go if its bad.

and after i did my coupler the engine defiantly felt snapper.

Here is a write up of how to do it How to replace an M90 snout coupler without removing the entire blower

ZZP is where you get the better coupler and fluids. 2 bottles of GM fluid or 1 of the ZZP fluid for replacing the coupler
