I just installed my zzp PCM on my 2002 gtp and the first time starting the car after the instalation of the new pcm, it began to idle high in park and in neutral. Could the PCM be flashed wrong? I couldn't find any vacume leaks and I have no idea what the problem could be.

    How high are we talking?

Does it ever drop once the car is warmed up?

It will idle up to 2000-2500 rpms without dropping until it's put in gear at which it idles around 1300-1500 which still seems a bit high.

    yea something is wrong.

if you put your stock pcm back in does it still does it?

the idle should be 1000 at start up then go down to 800ish

I have been sick and haven't gotten the chance to swap them out again. I plan on doing this later tonight tho. Also i have a 3.4" pulley I'm putting on as soon as I fix this problem. I currently have a k and n cai, zzp 3" down pipe with u bend delete and high flow cat, a 180* thermostat. I want to get colder plugs as well but stay with iridium what would you recommend? Will these mods be enough to keep away kr?

Yeah as ffdp said your mods might be able to support a 3.5 but not a 3.4.

What mods other than the zzp PCM, cai, 3" down pipe, u bend delete, high flow cat, 180* thermostat and colder plugs, is required for a 3.4" pulley?
