    It sounds like a small washing machine in the passenger compartment.

    There is a rubber hose that if I pull out, dumps out water. Should I take an air hose and try to blow this out to clear it?

    run your hand down the firewall on the pas side pull the rubber elbow out and slit the end.

    yes in the engine compartment its behind the alternator ish. i had a rock stuck in mine
