    first of all what is a U-Bend delete? and on average how much does it cost to get done at a shop? someone said i should do it on my 03 gp Le , but i want to get info on it before i do it

    Just get a new downpipe and have it installed...

    Looking under your car, right in front of the catalytic there's a goofy looking bend that sticks down. This is where GM located the O2 on the W body. It's tucked up to keep it safe when driving through fields of 12" rocks etc.

    It's an exhaust restriction and I forget how much a piece of pipe with a flange on it goes for...but it's a basic cut and reweld.
    I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.
