Only concerns...don't waste your money on the custom catback...just buy your Magnaflow Mufflers and whatever tips you want...the Magnaflow HFC has a chance of throwing your check engine light because it flows more than the stocker so the PCM thinks there isn't a converter there. If your car is a pre-'01 then you can just buy an o2 sensor simulator from ZZPerformance or another 3800 vendor and just plug it in and remove the rear o2.

What I would do...is get the HFC welded in, have the U-Bend taken out...get a cheap glasspack style resonator that is 24" or longer from SUMMIT Racing or JEGS for like 30 bucks...keep the factory "Y" as it is good up to 350 WHEEL horsepower...and since your no where near that level you don't have to worry about messing with that...have the mufflers and tips welded on and DONE.

Also...make that intake like I told ya about

    This one be ok?
Also I was gonna do the full exhaust because my resonator has been replaced due to rusting out. But I think I can get rid of all the rust with the right length glass pack. Ill just have the guy do a new whole for the o2 sensor and then just stick with the stock converter. He said it would be like 250+ for the mufflers alone.

As for the U bend where is that. Havent really looked at the exhaust much to see where that would be because Im thinking that if I can just get the exhaust parts myself and do it myself Ill just do that and have someone weld it up for me and save more money. So if you have some mufflers you would suggest that would be cool. I was told that the magnaflow will give me a mellow V8 sound.
