So im slowly modding my 2001 gtp. I bought the car about 6months ago. Im taking some time out from modding my single cab silverado. anyway, so i've been messing around launching my car from 0mph. but i cant figure out the best way/most effective way of launching. My usual outcome is a lag at about 30mph. The best way i have come up with is to go about half throttle until about 20-30mph. then go WOT. Is there a better way? or is this the best way to go???

    turn TC off
    foot brake it to 1500-2000
let off brake, get into more gas
you only want the tire to chirp, not spin so much
    once chripping stops, go WOT.
