I have a stock setup so far minus intake kit the things i wanna do to it within about 3 months would be the ubend delete and delete the resinator in the exhuast. Then i wanna get adif size pulley for my supercharger.. What would be a good size to get ? do i have to replace my belt and stuff and is it a pain in the arse to do? does the work pay off "is it worth the money and time to install"?? thanks guys.

The next worthwhile size is the 3.4 I believe. You'd need a DP, intake, PCM, plugs, and some say 180 tstat before you go that route.

If you don't have a better programmed PCM to go with the pulley, then don't bother.

for what its worth, with the mods in my sig i can not safely runa 3.4 pulley on the tune from my zzp pcm.

you need a custom tune thats taylor-made for your car, plus a lot more mods than an intake and pcm. thermostat and plugs are small but given. look into headers or a plog/rearpem/3inch dp combo (i highly suggest headers). and also consider modified stock rockers. after thats all said and done, then worry about dropping pulley sizes.

Pulley should be one of the last mods you worry about. You need flow mods badly. Even then, you'll probably have some KR. Listen to kyle99gtp, hes on the right track.

ive got a wideband sitting on my desk that should hopefully get my tune straightened out. ive also got a 3 inch stainless "downpipe back" exhaust in the works (2.5 after the Y). if im still knocking its on to headers, which i should have just gotten in the first place..

you could and should also look into a wideband, you can get them fairly cheap if you find them in the for sale section and sometimes even ebay. the take some of the nightmares out of tuning since you know your actual air/fuel ratio.
