    Hey my GTP has been neglected from the street scene these past few months due to snowy wheather and a discconected supercharger. Im recconecting the supercharger this week and tuning it back up. I had a warmer thermostat in it due to the cold wheather in buffalo. Im considering ordering a meth injection kit for the engine this week, just was curious if it's worth buying and if it's an easy install. I don't neccesarily NEED it but i want my car to run as efficiently as possible at high temps. Also with my 3.4" set up ( mods listed at the bottom) and then also the addition of meth injection i was curious if i still run a 180 stat ? Thanks
    Black 2000 GTP Coupe. SSAutoChrome headers, K&N Cold Air Intake, Reptile Tuned PCM, 3.4" ZZP MPS, 104 Autolites & 180 Stat.

    your car will run the same with a 195* thermostat as it would with a 180* thermostat. it makes no difference. it is an old school method of making power and it just ends up accelerating wear on the motor.

    as far as the meth, it does help a bunch to add some octane, cool intake charges, and allow the use of more boost/timing. it has its limits, but it does work as advertised.
