I believe the thrasher which was a 3" fit under the stock hood.
i also have the sd hood and got a 2.5 under it but i did have to trim the inside skeleton of the hood some for it to fit...if your getting a two inch you should be fine although zzp does sell spacers to add clearance under your hood
cradle spacers would put the axle angles off even more if you're lowered.
Engine/tranny mount spacers correct it, but reduce clearance even more.
87 octane on a high compression bottom end with boost FTW.
this is for my holden intake, i just wanted a reference
My buddy has a SD hood and his SSIC barely fit with with cradle spacers. You probably aren't gonna want to hear this, but IIRC the different generation SD hoods were all different underneath. At least clearance wise. How much higher up will the Holden intake be sitting? I for one am looking forward to dyno results. Will you be doing a before and after dyno session with intake manifold?
I'm curious to see how much difference it makes. I did a dyno session with the M90 block off plate/NA L67. And I'm looking forward to seeing it dyno'd with the turbo kit on.
But I'm ultimately curious how much hp/tq is gained going from a block off plate to a L26 intake manifold with turbo.
