Try the 3.0"...because a 3.1" probably aint gonna make a sh1ts lick of a difference if your not knocking even at the top of 2nd on a 3.2"

yeah, 3.1 would be wasted effort and money.

i always bought every other pulley size (3.4, 3.2, 3.0). you might want to think about getting a 2.8 pulley as well.

I have all these sizes sitting in a case from my build. Now that it's gone, I don't need them. If you want to make me an offer, I'm willing to sell from 2.50"-3.?

No, it was given to me....by a crazy guy.

    2.9 is still bolted to the charger on the shelf. 2.6...probably not. 2.5, 2.7, 2.8, 2.9, 3.0 ,3.1 pretty sure w/o looking.

sitting at 18 to be safe right now.

might try 20 with a bigger pulley after i see how this 3.0 works....and test them both at the track see what times i get......im gonna crack 12s with lighter wheels/dr's on this spring....i went 13.2 with these heavy ass wheels and full weight and a 1.9 60 so its got more in it for sure.

I doubt it will knock, I would just watch the fuel pressure and the afr. I ran out of pump and afr dipped into the 13s but it still didn't knock.

Watch the blends tho, in the winter it will run a lil richer and be lower octane, near 105, in summer it will go back up to 109 as well as run a bit leaner.

When it was at the track dipping into the mid 13's afr at higher rpms, it was trapping 109 and ran 12.9 with a 2.0 60ft. I should be trapping higher than that with a turbo, but it just fell flat on its face as it ran out of fuel. There was a xp/intercooled car that was walking me near the end of the track... lol

Apology in advance for thread jacking. My question is of somewhat a similar nature:

Can a human being notice a difference between a 3.4" and a 3.5" pulley? Provided that the car is appropriately tuned and possesses the mods of headers, intake, plugs and thermostat. Maybe said human being is better off with the 3.5 for peace of mind....

EDIT: I can perform calculations given a compressor curve, to determine the pressure difference. But I am more interested in a "seat of the pants" interpretation.
