I know...seen the Focus one? Same deal.

Listen...I'm not going to argue it doesn't make power...because it does...and it is cheap. Also...if you don't know what your doing...then it could end up with a bang. But...same goes for non-nitrous cars too...you can't expect to toss a 2.6" on a car with headers and injectors and expect it to perform without popping a piston either.

Everyone has their own thing...I won't use it. Why? I just like the fact that I can go just as fast ALL the time and not have to worry about running a bum time or losing to someone just because the bottle wasn't full.

To the OP. To safely run nitrous...I'd have a tuner of sorts to get the maximum potential pulled out of it...also...let the part breathe...get a set of headers for sure...you will also need colder plugs...I recommend Autolite 103's...and gapping them a little closer...at .040" or so to prevent from blowout. The last thing you want is a backfire through the intake like people have said. Or you can be a boss like Mike that got banned from here and disable the knock sensors, get a cutout, and run a 150 shot with slicks, 3.4", and a intercooler...and go well into the 11's. But...he was dumb.
