hello all. i need to change my lower motor mount. i just cant bring myself to take a floor jack and a 2x4 to my oil pan, so im wanting to raise the engine up just a couple inches with a cherry picker. my question is, how easy would that be? i realize i'd have to remove the 2 dog bones, and really loosen up the lower tranny mount.
im thinking the cv shafts should be fine staying connected, please speak up if you think other wise.. same with the exhaust...
besides that, its just pretty much hoses and wires, right?
or, what else am i missing/forgetting?

the oil pan will take the motor being lifted very easily. either that or you support the motor and drop the cradle a little.

Use a 2x4 and a jack, and you could lift it, all you need to un hook are the dog bones like you said.
