Considering the voltage regulator is inside the alternator, it would seem you have replaced it already.
I would start by cleaning and checking all the wiring to the battery and alternator. Just don’t look at it, actually take them off and clean with a wire bush. I would start with the fender well ground, it is a POS on all GPs. Take the battery out, and then you can see the ground clearly. Same thing, unbolt it and clean it up.
Also, I have to ask. Do you have anything “extra†hooked up directly to the battery? Like HID headlights or an amp?
