    I have a 2000 SE with the 3.8 and i have been averaging 10-12 mpg city driving. Last summer i was getting 17-20 mpg in the city. Would a new t-stat and spark plugs be a good start?

    tune-up. clean injectors.

    97 GT - slow, rusty
    93 CTD - more slow, less rust
