How old are the belts? And when they get wet they can slip and squeal

Check to see how much slop you have on the belt, Maybe the tensioners shot

just dealt with this when i changed my SC belt.. where the belt was on the balancer i was one rib off and caused a horrible squeak.. may wanna just check to see if all the ribs are lined up right.

Get your splash guards on and the noise will probably go away.
