Car wont show boost till 30 percent throttle or above, more throttle more boost, so if your seeing 1-2 bars @ 30percent id think thats normal. If your seeing 1-2 bars 100 percent throttle at 5K rpms then you have a issue. Id suspect the BBV,Map would be the issue. It would take a Huge vacuum leak to bleed boost. If you start your car and it sounds like a Huge cam Ls1 then maybe its a vac leak issue lol

LOL..Ill put it in easier terms No Boost will show untill you push the gas peddel atleast 30 percent of the way down. The more you push the peddal down the more the boost will read.

ok here is how to check it for sure. take your car out driving and floor it and see how many bars you get at WOT. if u dont have all bars open your hood and locate your boost bypass valve on the supercharger. Here is a pic

there will be two vacuum lines goin to it. one goes to from the bbv to the cap on top of the s/c like u see in the pic and the other is facing towards the front of your car. Unhook the rubber vacuum line that is facing towards the front of your car from the boost bypass valve. And then drive your car and go WOT and see if you have all your boost bars than. if you have all of them than you need a new bbv. Good Luck

I have BOOST! I guess I wasnt flooring it enough! Thanks guys. But now I have another problem . The guy before me didn't tell me (maybe he didn't know?) but he has hid lights installed and whenever I turn them on my interior lights flicker and I felt the car lose power any help? It only happens when the hid lights are on.

He probably does not have a relay harness for the HIDs. That would help big time with your problem. Relay harness is only about $10-$15..

Not too hard to hook up, we can explain.

It happens consistently when they are on boost, and my foot fixed the boost problem lol. Now I know I need to hit it at WOT lol. And your guys have been extremly helpful. Where can I get a harness? And yes I would need instructions
