    When my grandprix is up to heat and im still blowing cold air at low rpm. My thought was my water pump is going out. When i am going 35+ im getting great heat. What are your thoughts?

    Cheapest thing first, right? Flush your heater core, free.

    I for get to add. When i have my car at the stop light she start to get really warm. Really for when its 28 degrees out.

    your heater core is probably stopped up... go to autozone get some radiator flush and have at it.
