I have a turbo GP. I opened up my TB because i keep getting MAF codes, so when i opened it and looked inside theres oil sitting on the bottom of the TB and a bunch built up before the screen in the coupler. What does this mean?

is there a turbo seal gone?

Is there oil in the intake piping too? If so I would say yes a turbo seal, if not it could be a pcv problem.
