Hey guys. I plan on doing alot of work to the GTP, and i needed some help. I have a 2000 GTP with a 3.4 and all the other mods needed. I am going to put stage 3 Heads with up to .600 lift and 130# springs, NIC cam, forged pistons, a built trans, fuel rails, injectors, and a bunch of other stuff in. My first question is what roller rocker ratio should i run? And do I need to buy roller lifters? Also what what you guys choose??? a turbo with an AA intercooler.... or a MP112 supercharger with a full size IC and 3.0 pulley?

A turbo would be the most cost efficient and most effective way to make power, period.

If you're planning on spending that kind of money, find a shop to rework your heads, and go turbo.

No point in running a different supercharger, except a Gen V if you wanna stay S/C'ed.

Also if you do plan on camming, make sure you get all the required valvetrain components.

As for the rocker ratio stick with 1.6:1 if you're gonna cam, and go with the biggest, meanest cam out there.

If you're planning on doing all this crazy stuff talk to dave at TEP.

You WILL need quite the epicly amazing and expensive transmission to hold up to this sort of power.

Turbo is the better option, unless you wanted to be awesome and go twincharged.

sure it is. ported heads are meant for a bigger cam able to flow more air, not a NIC.

NIC is a pretty pointless cam.

unless you want to sound cool.
