I replaced the tranny 2 1/2 years ago. The one I put in had 40,000 miles on it. Problem is I do not know what year the tranny is. I believe the vacuum modualtor is giving me problems as I am losing tranny fluid with no visible leaks or fluid getting into the radiator. I think the tranny fluid is being sucked into the engine and burnt off.

How tough is it to replace the vacuum modulator and sine I do not know the year of the tranny how do I know which Vacuum Modulator to get?

It's one bolt to take off the holding bracket and then wiggle it out. New one wiggles in and replace the bracket. IIRC it's either a 10m or 13mm bolt.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.
