    leaky injector?
Does it do it if you shut it off, and the restart in like 30 seconds?

I bet on a fuel pressure regulator.

It only does it sometimes.. other times it will start how it normally should. Usually if it does that i just give it a quick rev and it will idle normally..

If you can put a fuel pressure gauge on it, you will be able to watch the pressure, before start, and after start, and after you shut it off. This will tell you is you have a bad pressure regulator, leaking injector, clogger fuel filter, and stuff..

Okay i just scanned the codes the pcm was throwing and i was getting the p0171 system too lean bank 1.. So i might have a vacuum leak.. could that be why my car starts like this? Also, i re-oiled my k&n filter not too long ago could that have dirtied the MAF sensor?

Your boost gauge was reading low vacuum at idle. Id suspect a vac leak. but if its intermit then it might be a fueling issue. Se what FP you have at idle

What should the vacuum be around on the boost gauge? And is it free to get the fuel pressure checked?
