A couple months ago I purchased a 2006 grand prix base model, I wanted a gtp but I got a great deal on the base but w/e. there is only 1 exhaust but I was doing some reading about cold air intakes, will this k&n intake really increase my horse power??? Or since I only have 1 exhaust pipe would it be pointless..??? Help I want to hear that roar from under my hood. Is it worth the $ 300 bucks

dude do not spend 300$ on it!!!! most people on here will say just make your open cone intake but if you want to spend a little bit more cash you can buy a chrome looking one from ebay from chromeintakes.

Make your own.. it's cheaper and does the same thing:

and btw, the intake has nothing to do with your exhaust.. you could have dual or single.. no difference when it comes to intake..

I'd use a 4" 45° chrome tube with a coupler to hold the tube onto the throttle body and a huge filter like 10" long
Should be about $70 and can be had at your local advance auto parts

I'd rather spend a little more and have a shorter pipe with a larger filter, that filter seems kinda small
