My fiancee has a 1999 Grand Prix GT.

The temperature gauge went and now the gas gauge is going.

I bought a used one on ebay, only issue is the mileage on the odometer is a lot less then the actual car as.

Partly cause I'm honest and party cause of OCD I would like to make the newer odometer match the older higher mileage odometer.

    Can it be done?

    Thank you ahead of time.

you can but then silver lines will appear between the digits and will tell anyone who knows what to look for that its been tampered with.

The proper thing to do is have that sticker placed on the door sill saying what the mileage was at when the odo was replaced.
