how much of a difference in sound would there be on a bone stock exhaust w/o the resonator, vs with one?

mines gettin some small holes in it, and trying to decide if am going to replace it or just put a pipe in its place...

I've got no resonator, but dual Magnaflow XL mufflers and it sounds pretty good. Never tried it with the stock.

    Leave it on.

Remove it, and it will sound good at idle, but when you get on it...

come ride in my car if you want loud.

    s&s headers > high flow cat > 28" glasspack > flowmasters

when i get on the throttle it just goes WWAAAAAHHHHHH. i want a stock exhaust.

    pacesetter> wbody resonator> no cat> 3" exhaust and flowmaster

and it's still very loud i'm thinking putting back cat convert. i still get that little rasp during take off, but at idle it sounds like a V8 i love how it sounds
