Well I removed my LIM again so I could swap out the front head.. Long story short a tap broke off inside of a rocker bolt hole and I was unsucessful trying to get it out. Anyways, one of the side gaskets is torn. Im wondering if I can just use RTV to seal it like they do on the grand am or are those gaskets neccessary? Anyone done this?

Yeah, you should be able to. Just make sure it's tall enough to take up the gap.
