I recently discovered that my driver's side power seat will move forward, up & down, but cannot be coaxed into moving back. Fine as long as no one messes with the seat, but my mom (who is 7 inches shorter than me) decided she would move my seat forward to move my car out of the way. Well, now I can't even get back into the car because she pulled it all the way forward.
Is there any kind of manual release to get the seat back? I've tried everything to get it back so far. took the plastic cover off the side of the seat & held the box in place while I tried to push the button back, but it just doesn't work.
Just got finished replacing the motors in the passenger side windows (3 of 4 have now been replaced) and did the permanent fix for the water in the floorboard & taking the cowl out...getting tired of feeling like I have to rig things up in my car in order to drive it :P
