I apologize for no formal intro, but I know how helpful forums and I am in need.

I have 2002 GT and Ii have been having some issues with brakes lately. My front drivers side caliper seems to be staying tight to the rotor. I am on bearing number three in a couple years and I think the most recent one is due to over heating.

    So my questions include:
How do I determine if this is the caliper or possibly a pinched line?

If I do replace the caliper should I replace both sides?

I need pads and rotors also, so should I look into a complete kit?

Thanks for the help in advance.

If you need more details or have questions please ask.

    Jesse

Open up the bleeder and if it moves back it is in the line. If it stays stuck it is the caliper. You can change one side at a time on the calipers. Pads and rotors get done in pairs. I would do them all at once if it was me.

    Right answer, first shot.
Won't get it any simpler than that.
