    hey i ordered my top swap stuff from zzp today for my gt cant wait to get this stuff in my car! I am wanting to paint my blower before i put it on. Is there a special paint to use? i have left over brake caliper paint, could i use that? also i want to paint my engine cover, any special paint or prep work for any of these? thanks

    i just used high temp paint. the 500 degree should be fine. i didnt prime it either. do some sanding and cleaning of the surface first. do a bunch of light coats and let dry. nothing special really. you could use the same paint on the engine cover plastic also.

    whats the point of painting the blower only to cover it up with the stupid engine cover?
