For some reason my fans only will come on if i turn my a/c on or if i turn on my manual switch.

I am looking for the instructions for the manual cooling fan how to. I remember blacknblack or soemthing like that had a really good how to.

I just need to go over what i have my fan keep quit working by pcm controll and this is getting old.

Its probably your ect sensor, its a dual sensor so your gauge will probably still work. If you havent checked that already, that is. You can view the coolant temp PID with the scan tool.

replaced the temp sensor under the intake manifold. my cooling fans still do not turn on. Except on low when i turn the a/c on.

I tested the relays they test good to. I even swaped out my pcm for another.

You need to see what ECT the computer is seeing. Get that scanner back.

Stock PCM? If the computer's seeing the correct ECT, it's not a sensor problem. I assume the GP's the same as the Regal in that the HVAC control just reports to the PCM for AC, so if the fans are turning on with the AC, it's not the wiring there, either.
