for the first problem youre not going to solve it unless you replace the lock cylinder. deal with it or replace it.

you have a wiring problem somewhere with your projectors.

you either need more coolant in your system or you need a new level sensor. the level sensors dont go out that often.

Pull out the lock selonoid and never put one back in.
Unplug your low coolant sensor and the light will stay off, just dont be retarded and not check your coolant.
Fix the wiring in your projectors.

Good advice, how hard is it to remove the lock selonoid?

Take off the cover around the steering column, and there is like 1 bolt holding it in.

    new sensor for coolant tank

and for the key stuck thing, it might be the ignition solenoid, but it could also be something in the shifter. I thought my car was starting to have the bad solenoid cuz it would get stuck, but my shifter just wasnt going all the way forward when i put it in park. My girlfriends dads regal was doing the same thing and he ended up needing something in the shifter replaced

It actually goes of the PRNDL switch, if that is mis adjusted that can happen. Seeing as how the engine/trans was just out, might be a possibility. But since you didn't mess with the trans, probably unlikely.

well the interior is gutted ATM (Center console and all removed

just a driver seat so it might be something to do with the shifter
