Is android for Iphone? Too bad it doesn't read KR, that's the one thing I'm most interested in now. Anyone know if there's anything similar for the N97?

Android is googles phone operating system, the actual app is called torque.

Just had the update download to my Eris. I checked and torque was available so I bought it. Now I just need to find the right obd connector and I'll hook it up. Any update on how soon KR will be added?

Just search obd bluetooth on ebay you should find em for like 30 bucks. KR should be added by the weekend if all goes well.

Knock retard update released! Not tested 100% though, grand prix specific updates are still in beta.

I got the update downloaded already and looked at it. This will be great tool for watching things like KR, but with all the other info it can retrieve, it will be a great diagnostic tool. Just waiting for the bluetooth obd adapter to get here from Hong Kong. Have you actually looked at the new features yet to see if they are all working?

I have not tested the new features yet, I will do that today and confirm they are 100%!

any word whether the gp specifics are working?
i finally updated my g1 and searched for Torque and it popped right up. paid the ~$5 after i messed with the free version for a bit. i manually added KR on the free version to see whether or not the app was worth my money..

    it's worth the money.

GP specific features aren't 100% yet, I'm sending a debug log to Ian tonight and hopefully it will be resolved soon!

I can't get it to work on my Eris. I have the 3.1 update and blue tooth adapter, but I get a blue tooth stack faulty error. It says the ROM in my phone is damaged. I think it is a problem with the app though. We bought 2 Eris' at the same time so I tried hers and down loaded the free version to try it out. Exact same problem. Anybody else having trouble making this work?

Email the developer Ian, he's very helpful.
