I'm trying to decide if I should get another tune or just pick up my own. It would be a good thing to have and I wouldn't have to keep paying for retunes everytime I mod...BUT I also know that the software takes quite a bit of time to learn, and if you don't know what you're doing you can **** up the tune pretty easily. So what do youguys think, should I get my car retuned by someone who knows what they're doing or should I try to learn this myself? And if I do...DHP Powertuner or HPT?

Yeah I've been considering it, a tune would be $200, and the hpt is only $500, but then again I have no idea how to use it.

go to the hptuners forums and read for a while. if you think youll take the time to learn it and you think you can do it then go for it. it just takes some patience along with some trial and error.

If your tuning only your car, hptuners. Powrtuner takes a little more to understand and a few other programs to work well.

Yeah that's what I've heard. I think if I do decide to get my own tuner I will go with hptuners.
