Have a 95 GP with a 3.1L, runs fine cruising around town, on the interstate (60+ MPH) at constant throttle it will shake. The shaking stops as soon as I let off the throttle, almost have to slowly pump the gas to keep it at 70. Replaced the throttle position sensor and does the same thing. Any ideas on what it might be? Plugs/Wires/Transmission? Car has 183k on it and don't know anything of the service history besides what I've done. Thanks!

have you checked the compression lately? i had a buick regal that did this and it was because of bad compression on one side of the motor

I haven't checked compression, but I'll do that when I do plugs and wires.

Have you checked the axle shafts? That would be my first place to look.
Or maybe the TCC is slipping.

Well it wasn't plugs and wires and the compression was even across all the cylinders. What am I looking for when inspecting the axle shafts? Thanks!

Thanks man. It still does the shudder thing, thinking it might be transmission related? I took out the TCC fuse and drove it down a short stretch of interstate by my house and it didn't seem to do it, turned quiet a few more RPMs but it didn't shake, has anyone dealt with the TCC solenoid? How tough is that one to change?
