    Me and a buddy was talking about this and I became curious, is there a sound difference with pulley sizes?
    OverKill PCM, PRJ 10.4 Wires, AutoLite 605, WizAir CAI, ZZP Plog, 2.5" Down Pipe, 3.5 Pulley, 180* Tstat, Borla Exhaust MECA SQ JL AUDIO 500/1, 300/4, 2-10W3V2, XR650-CSI, Kenwood DDX-6019 , Alpine amp and JL TR400CX center channel , 300 lbs of Dynamat.

    smaller = spinning faster = louder whine

    yes! the faster the supercharger spins, the louder and sooner you hear the whine.

    If you've heard someone with a 3.0 or smaller pulley you can hear them screaming from a long way off at WOT

    So would you be able to hear a big diff from stock --> 3.5? Because it already sounds sexy!

    I would think so as that is a pretty good drop.

    i am thinking about going with a 3.4 or 3.2 any idea's which would be better to run out of the 2 ?

    I have a few more mods before I drop pulley size so I have no idea lol.

    I would think you would need some more mods before you drop a pulley size. And I would recommend to go conservative and go with a 3.4 first. Then tune it. If you don't have any knock, consider dropping to a 3.2. But going right from stock to a 3.2 pulley is just asking for trouble.

    I have a 3.4 and it sounds great!!
    3.4", 3" cated DP, SLP Air box, TB spacer, 180* Thermo, "Bilemke Tuning".

    i went from stock to a 3.4 and it made a pretty big difference in sound.
