I'm in early stages of modding my 99 GTP and plan on eventually working my way up to a 3.4" pulley. The question i have is when i get a tuned PCM, should i do it after i get the pulley so its set up for it, or before hand? Either way i plan on getting both within a week of eachother, but i don't wanna screw something up by putting on the pulley first, or pay for a retune by getting the PCM first.

Your main concern shouldn't be the pulley first, nor PCM. Work up to the pulley, where you'll likely need the PCM. Start with exhaust intake mods, (headers/downpipe, u-bend delete, intake, etc.). All the info you need is in the link above.

no i know that, that's how i'm doing things, replaced t-stat, spark plugs/wires, made a FWI, buying SSAC headers in the next week or two, i was just wondering which of those two things to do first

I'd do them at the same tim if i were you.. because ( assuming youe buying a tuned pcm, not tuning yours) any pcm you buy will already be tuned to run W/ the pulley... And i wouldnt want to run the pulley W/o the tune....... so do them at the same time, especially seeing as how you plan on getting them so close together....but then again what do i know
