K, well im new to this site (hi btw, im Zach) and i now have a 98 Pontiac Grand Prix SE with the AMAZING 3800. it has 178xxx miles on it, but, of course, runs like a champ, like all 3800s lol. reverse gear is weak, but still goes in fine, and drive is great. now, it needs 2 new driver doors, and the quarter pulled, which isnt too big a deal cuz me and my dad do body work. and i would like to paint the car a whole new color. what i want to know is, is this car worth fixing up. i would paint it a dark blue, or dark grean, put on a ram air hood(or something along those lines) and probably a few exhaust, and engine things to it. i just want to know if this car would be worth my time in your opinion. and i do not have money for another car. this would be a gradual thing in its ow. so please let me know. i really appreciate it

welcome to the forums. if u have a 3800 then y not? however there is alot of miles on it so as long as you keep it simple it will be a great daily driver

well i dont plan on turboing it, and making a 12 second car lol. just simple stuff like a cat back, maybe high flow headers, and a cold air. i just really want to know if it is a car that will hold up good if i put the money into it.

and, so your saying i probably should fix it up? i think it would look pretty slick midnight blue, maybe a pearl, with a ram air, and some rims
