I'd like to say I'm new here, and I also know next to nothing about cars. I'm just looking for help, and I don't know what to do. I have a '96 Grand Prix [3.1L, not that it matters for this issue.]

The story is, I had almost hit a deer. I was going about 30, veered off to the left, did 1.5 spins, and ended up off the road. A guy thought he'd be helpful and tried to get my car out of the ditch, but ended up simply hooking his towchain around what I now know to be my fuel filler tube, and proceeded to remove that for me. I eventually got out of the ditch, but I'm now pretty unsure what to do from here. Somewhere along the lines, the ABS light also came on.

It would be muchly appreciated if anyone has any idea about either of these. I was wondering if I could simply connect the broken metal sections with a rubber tube. It's only the middle part broken out. I only need this to run; it's already been inspected. Somebody, please propose soemthing as cheap and effective as possible. If possible, also post how to go about doing the recommended actions. Thank you, it is much appreciated.
