Keep it. With that much wrong with it, it's not going to sell for enough to buy anything better. Most of the problems you have are fairly cheap/easy to fix, or the car can be driven without fixing them. A used car with an unknown history could have a lot worse problems than what your GP has.
Really? GP's usually get pretty good mileage unless you really beat on them. Might be something else to look into when you have the money/time.

Another thought I had today> lets say you replace the GP and wind up with a $200/month payment for a used car. What happens if the replacement needs repairs?
In 6 months of payments you could have put $1200 into the GP you had and knew what repairs were needed.
