Hello everyone, had a little accident on the road earlier

Well, basically what happened was the car in front of me hit the brakes quite sharply, so I did the same and starting skidding on the snow, trying to avoid the car, I turned onto the curb right beside me and went over a pile of ice on the side of the road.

The only pieces I found lying on the ground was the fog light, part of the plastic wheel well and parts of the front bumper.

Here are some pics I quickly took, hoping I just have to get the new bumper, fog light and plastic wheel well, taking it to a shop for an estimate tomorrow.

Is replacing the bumper and adding in a fog light real difficult work? Was hoping I can do it myself in my garage... The winshield washer tank is very sturdy, can't move it around with my hands, so looks like the ice missed it..

Yea its literally like 1 bolt on each side of the fender and some clips in the front of the bumper.

I took apart my bumper in my garage, and put it back together. It's not too hard. And the fog light is part of the bumper so just mount it on the bumper and mount the bumper on the car

Just checked a local auto wreckers, and they wanted ~$300 for a front bumper for a 2000 Grand Prix GT. Plus I have to get it painted, seems kind of pricey to me. Anyone know if this is an average price for the part? Maybe because I'm in Canada? (Toronto)
