well i guess ill show you all my little project for the week
polishing the stock exhaust tips
i wasn't planning on starting this until spring but my stock mufflers failed on me (1 fell off) so i saved the tips and began to polish them
this is the first time i tried to polish something so be nice lol
X2 on the Copper Plugs. Platinum Plugs are a no no on the boosted cars. I've done the whole aftermarket wires thing and they failed. I went back to stock wires and never had any issues since.
stock tips look good with the inside painted black and that outside tip polished like you've done there.
Just get some aluminum polish at your local crappy tire...
Just noticed... Crappy tire money. Good one
i love saving lots of CT money and spending it all at once, those poor cashiers
well i have done some work on the grand prix and i have taken some more pics
first i installed 2 cherry bomb turbo mufflers, i will try to post a vid to let you here them, still no tips so it looks funny
my headlight lens came off so i did a quick polish, (a girl from work said she will do it properly for me)
before
after (passenger side)
i took it for a wash and i got a pic of the dirty interior (cant wait for spring cleaning.
enjoy

lol that was just the plate they gave me, im not selling BJ's for $7.88
got the tips installed, need to straiten one but its cold and wet outside.
well i picked up a set of grills from and the fitment was as bad as i thought they were going to be so my buddy came up with the idea to cut the center out of the stock ones and put the new ones in the middle, i thought they looked good so here are the pics
Very nice deal!!
I have a question for anyone reading this thread. Why is it, when GM put the charcoal interior in these cars, they put a light tan door seal stripping, pillar plastic, and head liner? What were they thinking? What, are they color blind or something, but even if that were so, the white would be white, and black would be black. I'm taking out my tan leather, (pretty beat up from previous owner), and putting in charcoal, but came across this and couldn't believe what I saw. Time to prep for some paint. Can't paint the door seal strippings, and hopefully I can find a different color online somewhere. Headliner, well that's an easy fix.
Also, I thought all GTP's came with the louver hoods? Or, was it an optional hood?
i've never seen a GP with a louver hood.
Also............... I'm not sure that car was all stock...
