There's no arrow because it's an aftermarket bumper. I'm
guessing the car may have been in a slight accident? In which it cracked the bumper?

you have an aftermarket front bumper. The oem ones have an indentation for the arrow head, maybe the car was in an accident before.
by the looks under the hood, looked like some over spray around the fuse box. The only option i can suggest is an overlay from
