I have a question. I recently changed out the stock filter in my GTP, for a high performance filter. Problem? The engine is now revving. I'll be stopped at light and the engine won't come down to 850 RPM, it'll stay at 1k and sometime even above. Then after say two seconds it will go down to the normal, but if I'm stopped too long or put the car into park, it will def rev back up to 1.2k or so and then calm back down. I noticed this in heavy traffic last night. Any thoughts?

By the way the filter that I put in was:

IF anyone has had this problem and fixed it. Please let me know. I have sneaking suspicion that it's letting too much air in and the supercharger is being worked to death because of that. BUT I'm a newbie to this and not quite sure what to do/think and how to proceed.
