Wish I had known that before I removed my cat. Oddly, it's only doing it on one side, though. It rubs off, though.

i dont have much of and issuie with the sut from running no cat. over a time you can notice it but it easily washes off.

stock cat-back on a white car. maybe after a month i can start to tell, but its nothing crazy. nothing i would write home about.

It's kind of cool and kind of dumb to have soot on your rear bumper.

Cool because people usually don't see that so to me, I think "oh dam this guy has something in his car".

But it is dumb because your car gets dirty. I'm gonna run a cat. Sould lower the volume of the exhuast note also.

Or do what I do, run a rusting resonator and rusting mufflers.

The tips become stained its so rusty in my catback.

Yes, but its not as thick as the stock cat so you might have to get a tune to make sure you pass emissions if they actually do a sniff test.

Other than that, it'll be more than good.

Stock Cat-back with Thrush turbo mufflers. It's a milky brown color.

I can get a sound clip if you would like, but no video other than my cell phone, and I'm sure it wouldn't be very good quality.

Yea I'm wondering the same thing.. 3in headers to 3in cat to 2.5in tubing? Or 3in headers to 2.5in cat to 2.5in tubing?

    3" headers > 3" cat > 3"-2.5" reducer > cat-back flange.

Stock cat-back is 2.25", BTW, but the flange accepts either a 2.25" or a 2.5" mate.
