Alright so what i understand with the SD headers, ill need new gaskets (front-back-down pipe catback)?
New clamps? or use the same clamps and seal them up with RTV?
and i got lost with the down pipe part... I need to get a custom one? what do i have to do exactly? and whats the size 2.5''?

    those?

You need 2-2.25" bandclamps, and one gasket for the cat back.

    What trashcat said.

And make sure the wires and stuff are out of the way and wont touch the hot headers or this will happen and you will be boned and need a new 02.

    With SD Headers you need/want:

    2 x 2.25" band clamps
    2 x 3.00" band clamps
I prefer to get them from FrozenBoost.com as they are $5 each and the shipping is pretty quick.

The SD's do not have a cat in them. I would suggest getting a 3" high flow. You may want more 3" clamps as the SD headers come with a straight pipe where your cat currently resides.

SD's do have a rear O2 bung in the same place as your 97-03 car.
SD's will require an O2 extension, extending the O2 wires or getting an O2 with longer wire (Bluegtp91 knows the part number)
SD's will usually require you to move the edge of the tunnel/firewall for O2 clearance.

I install a lot of headers for people. The only time I use RTV is on TOG's because their donut style setup often leaks. All slip fit headers do not give me leaks. I install the rear fully. The slide the crossover into it and as the front is installed I tap the crossover near the front to crossover connection with a rubber mallet to seat the pipes together. Once clamped, there's not a leak.

For more tips/tricks, please see the "How to install headers (the easy way)" thread
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

Have you ever checked months later for carbon build up?

I've never had any slip fit joint seal without rtv.

You need a cat if you have emissions testing

Has anyone tried ZZP's "Pro Kit" for pacesetters?

I'm lookin to do an upgrade, but not sure how far I want to go. I thought about doing headers, but if the front PLOG is all that really matters on 04+ (is it since we don't have the u-bend?), why not just do that and leave the rest stock? I'm in Ohio and we have to have a cat. I don't think i'll be doing any other upgrades (unless somehow I can support a smaller pulley) other than this as I'm buying a house soon and a child/spawn will shortly follow... not to mention... I have a wife watching the bank account
