Question about gen 5 m90 superchargers

I have a 2001 GP GTP and was wondering how i would tell what generation m90 i had? if its not a gen 5, then what years or where can i get a gen 5? thanksa bunch!

you have a gen III gen v came on series III 3800's 04+
