Hello Everyone,
I am new to the boards and am excited to have this resource. I currently own a 2004 Gran Prix GT2.
Now to my problem. My blower fan continues to run after the car is off and the key is out. Through this site I found the solution to the water leak and learned that the blower control module was bad and I needed to install a capacitor inline of the wiring harness. I put the capacitor between the red and black wire on the left side of the pig tail.
I completed this repair yesterday and everything worked perfectly. However, within about an hour of driving the module stays on again when the car is off.
Does anyone have an idea of why it would keep blowing modules?
