Doesn't your owners manual explain how to do it?

It was just a suggestion so the person could get the answer and steps quicker and on their own, that is all...

    Here is a download for a 2004
    http://www.extendedgmwarranty.com/ow...-GrandPrix.pdf

Page 5-62 has it, you need to remove the headlamp first, then you can get to the park/turn bulb.

X2, just pull the foglight. Much easier to change when not installed. Not sure if anyone else had this problem but when mine when out it was actually a bad harness. Just fyi if changing the bulb doesn't solve ur problem.

the manual in my 2007 says to remove the headlight and go in from the top, if i rmember correctly. for other reasons I removed my turn signals with a philips head screw driver, two screws each, and I though, with the exception that they are low to the ground, would it not be easier to change the bulb this way than going in from the top?? anyway just remove them and change bulb and put back, that simple
