-21 is technically outside of the -16.4 to 16.4 range for LTFT's....

So it seems the car is detecting way too much fuel and attempting to reduce it.

LTFT's should be around -3 to 3 most of the time.

Also appears this was at idle according to the vec speed....

    TPS is 20.7% or what?

Can you get the voltage for the TPS?

It should be .40 V at no throttle.

if thats 20.7% TPS then yes, get a new TPS sensor.

Its on the side of the TB.

    Honestly? no idea.

Try going to GPONA.com and looking in the GM service manual OR try compnine.com and looking under diagrams/research.

There is an additional fail-safe APS but 99.9999999% chance that theres nothing wrong with it. As for the user APS, it is the whole accelerate pedal itself. I just replaced mine here a few months ago due to erratic idles while moving. And IIRC there is two bolts holding it on.

The problems I was having with mine was cruising down the highway at idle, my RPMs would fluctuate, service bulletin said APS could be the cause. Replaced APS, same problem, tranny warrantied.
