Although the time he reported is sketchy at best.
I thought maybe he had some secrets on how to get a stock GP to run a little quicker poor/unofficial timing system and a homemade drag strip seemed to be his strategy.

Here is the PM I received from him:
I never ran stock, but with a home build CAI I ran many 15.9-15.8 1/4 mile runs at Pittsburgh Raceway Park. After adding a tune, HV3, PEMS I ran a 15.6.

I ran my car at the track last night it is an 03 with the Series III UIM, a L67 ported TB, and a Hot air intake (I really need to box that and replace the rice filter). I did no track prep the car had a full tank, tires were at 40psi, it ran rich, and Tq management kicked in on the launch and shift.

    With that said it ran a best of 16.319 @ 83.17 with a 60' of 2.282.

Not bad for my first time racing and being full street, so if you get a good launch and do track prep it will be 16 or lower.

(PS. Your Series III should be nearly identical to my set up other than the CAI since the S III TB has the same size opening as my ported TB.)

If I get back to the track I know I will do better by fixing some of the things i mentioned mostly leaning it out on my fastest run i think the NB O2 started at 930 and went to 980mv. getting that down and the TQ mgt will help.
